Sandeep Prakasam, Ph.D., MBA
Sandeep brings more than a decade of consulting experience in clinical drug development and observational studies. He has a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Univ. of Pittsburgh and an MBA from UCL - Global Business School for Health, UK. His core expertise is in obesity and atrial fibrillation, and clinical development operations. Sandeep is passionate about driving digital innovations and sustainability strategies within clinical development in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
Srinath Rangarajan, Ph.D.
Founder
Srinath brings over 15 years of experience in the life-science and medical diagnostic device industries and is passionate about science and innovation, health and wellbeing, sustainability and business strategy. He is a two-time founder at Asima Health and Yoga Vidya. He loves troubleshooting, working with cross-functional teams and in bringing about innovation. Srinath has a Ph.D. in Chemical engineering from the University of Utah and did his postdoctoral research at Duke University and at the University of Washington (in bioengineering).
Catherine Martel, Ph.D.
Catherine is a biotechnology and bioprocessing expert with over 15 years of experience in biologics, cell and gene therapy, and upstream process development. She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Cornell University. Her core expertise includes CRISPR gene editing, lentiviral-based genetic engineering, and bioreactor optimization for biologics production and cell and gene therapy applications. She is passionate about developing scalable bioprocesses and advancing innovative therapies to drive breakthroughs in the biopharma industry.
Sriram Rangarajan, M.S.
Sriram is an experienced life-science consultant. He brings over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales strategies, and in leading global data analytics teams. He was previously a senior principal at 159 Solutions (acquired by IQVIA) and built his career at ZS Associates. He has a masters from the University of Wisconsin in Industrial Engineering. Sriram has robust set of skills including Requirements Analysis, Analytics, C, SQL, MATLAB, Process Engineering and Six Sigma.
